In China, in order to meet the growing demand of the huge population, Aquaculture, Poultry and Swine production is increasing at a great pace. However this incredible development in the sector brings too much environmental problems with it. Air pollution in China is already a known issue worldwide. What the world doesn’t know is that the water resources of China are getting polluted much faster then the air. The waste from Livestock, Poultry, Fish and Shrimp production are directly released to the water sources without treatment. The pollution in water resources is not only threatening the lives but also threatening the sustainability of these sectors.
We are here in Guangzhou region, to make meetings with the local farmers, informing them about sustainable and ecological farming. Well respected scientist from local universities are assisting us and showing how zeolite is a must in Aquaculture, if we want to eat healthy food and if we want all people to have an access to clean water.
